3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions beyond the first 30 days
- Custom development work already completed
- Third-party service fees (SMS credits, domain registration)
- Services used after the 30-day guarantee period
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order number and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
- Some features were delivered but not all

6. Subscription Cancellations
